No. Custanova adheres to a strict zero-retention policy for all AI features (such as Pumpkin AI). Customer Data is sent to our inference provider (Google Gemini) securely via an enterprise API that does not store data or use it for model training. Once the request is processed, the context is discarded by the model provider.
